UDC 21 Cancelled!

It is with great sadness that we have made the decision to cancel the 2021 Ultimate Dancesport Challenge. Following the recent restrictions imposed on and by our venue, we would have been unable to provide our dancers and attendees with the great services and fun we always aim for people to receive.

We apologize for the inconvenience this decision may cause. The Hotel will automatically cancel all reservations. Don’t hesitate to contact them for any inquiries.
All entries will be refunded.

Dear Attendees,

I hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to cancel Ultimate Dancesport Challenge, which was scheduled to take place on September 21st – 23rd, 2023 at New Orleans Downtown Marriott.

This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the disappointment this may bring. The cancellation is a result of circumstances beyond our control, including the venue has cancelled our event two weeks prior to our competition. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, especially those of you who have made travel arrangements. We understand that you may have questions or concerns regarding refunds or next steps.

Please be assured that we are working diligently to address these matters and will provide updates as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to finding suitable solutions to minimize any inconvenience caused by this cancellation.
